Puja Seam

Puja Seam joined Investure in February 2012. Prior to joining Investure, Puja was a corporate associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins LLP where she represented private equity firms, investment banks, corporations, and other market participants in fund formation, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as venture capital transitions. Before joining Latham & Watkins LLP, Puja practiced corporate law in the New York City office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. In addition, she clerked for then Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr. in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to attending law school, Puja was an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Puja received her BA in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar, and her JD from Harvard Law School. Puja serves as a member of the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia Alumni Association, Chair of its Investment Committee, and a member of the Finance Committee. She is also President of the Benefactors’ Society Board of the University of Virginia’s College of Arts & Sciences.
