Investment Analyst

The Investure Analyst program provides a broad introduction to institutional investing and portfolio management, including investment diligence and decision making. Investment Analysts provide a range of critical analytical support which includes working directly with the investment team on client presentations, data collection and processing, and portfolio and manager analytics. Work is initially comprised of internal analytical functions but ultimately progresses to be primarily investment diligence support. Throughout the program, Analysts will attend investment team meetings, work with senior members of the investment team, and gain exposure to world class investors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong excel skills, an interest in investing, and a natural focus on improvement. Investment Analysts must be detail-oriented, possess a high level of maturity, have a service mindset, and align with our Guiding Principles. The program is structured to be a 3 year commitment and we are currently seeking an Investment Analyst with 1-2 years of experience.

This professional will provide daily management and oversight of Investure’s Treasury function with a primary focus on the cash management and transaction processing. They will manage one professional (Treasury Analyst) and will collaborate across the organization but most frequently with the Operations and Portfolio Management Teams.

Director of Portfolio Management Operations

This individual will serve as the right hand to the Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) in keeping day to day portfolio management activity running smoothly. They will manage overlay exposures for Investure Funds and Investure clients, including overseeing outsourced execution managers, month-end transaction planning and processing, client spending budgets, spending and cash flow models, transition of client portfolios, daily cash reporting, and related projects on an ad hoc basis. This person also will be responsible for managing administrative aspects of the investment team meeting process. They will partner cross functionally and will work with the CIO in all phases of implementing client portfolio management. Candidates must be innately curious and have a broad world view and skill set, including an understanding of macroeconomics and demonstrated modeling/research skills. Cultural fit is also very important. Understanding of market convention and operational complexity across a wide range of instruments is a must.
