Executive Assistant

- Update and manage team calendars in Outlook; provide meeting and event support for the departments you support in coordination with the other members the HR Admin team
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements and related logistics
  o Drive and prepare detailed itineraries (inclusive of timelines, directions and meeting materials) and coordinate any documentation, visa or passport needs

Job Summary
- This professional will be an integral member of Investure’s Human Resources & Administration Team. Reporting to the Director of the team, this position will be primarily responsible for the following:
Facilities & Reception
  o Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming calls, faxes, mail, and guests
  o Manage all UPS requests
  o Trouble shoot any space / property issues; maintain kitchen organization and supplies
  o Support space changes, expansion needs, office improvements, etc.
  o Oversee office supply ordering and organization
  o Track general office expenses and manage Corporate Card reconciliation process
  o Coordinate meeting room usage
  o Serve on office continuity planning team
  o Manage parking needs and locations for staff and visitors
  o Manage security system, phone system and other office equipment (printers, postage machine, etc.)
  o Manage vendor relationships with current vendors and researching and negotiating new services as required
  o Partner with Technology team as necessary to accomplish above tasks

Event Management
  o Manage all in house meeting needs (set up, AV, food, etc.)
  o Plan and manage all off-site companywide events including venue and catering research and selection, vendor negotiation, logistics management and day of execution; this includes two retreats a year, team off-sites and all social events (Happy Hours, Holiday party, Summer Picnic, etc.)

General / Other
  o Coordinate general office duties with other administrative staff; provide back up support for travel, document management and contact management
  o Input contact information into CRM system
  o Special requests and projects as needed

Job Description

Fund Accounting Analyst

Responsible for all aspects of fund accounting for an assigned set of Investure Funds, including but not limited to the below:
  - Input daily transactions related to manager subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls and distributions into internal investment accounting system
  - Responsible for calculating and determining accurate accounting breakdown of transactions
  - Contact and connect with Private Equity Managers as needed to confirm characterization of transactions, and to reconcile unfunded commitments for the Private Equity Funds
  - Reconcile accounting transactions to manager statements immediately upon receipt
  - Review calculations of investor capital calls and distributions prepared by the Fund Administrator
  - Assist with audit and tax workpaper preparation for the Investure Funds
  - Assist with compilation of data for regulatory filings
  - Assist with recording current valuations of underlying fund investments
  - Ensure fund accounting duties are executed in accordance with documented processes and procedures
  - Ensure internal accounting system data reconciles with the Fund Administrator

  - Assist other Accounting and Treasury team members with other tasks as assigned
  - Assist with manager and trading operations, resolve trade breaks and ensure issues identified in the Administrator cash and position reconciliations are resolved
  - Accountable for identifying and escalating any relevant concerns or issues; expected to identify and recommend process improvements
  - Serve as backup for Treasury related functions
  - Provide support for Operational Due Diligence as needed

Investment Analyst

The Investure Analyst program provides a broad introduction to institutional investing and portfolio management, including investment diligence and decision making. Investment Analysts provide a range of critical analytical support which includes working directly with the investment team on client presentations, data collection and processing, and portfolio and manager analytics. Work is initially comprised of internal analytical functions but ultimately progresses to be primarily investment diligence support. Throughout the program, Analysts will attend investment team meetings, work with senior members of the investment team, and gain exposure to world class investors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong excel skills, an interest in investing, and a natural focus on improvement. Investment Analysts must be detail-oriented, possess a high level of maturity, have a service mindset, and align with our Guiding Principles. The program is structured to be a 3 year commitment and we are currently seeking an Investment Analyst with 1-2 years of experience.

This professional will be a core member of Investure’s Investment Team and will work to identify, evaluate, select, structure, and monitor investments globally across a range of asset classes and opportunity sets.
